About B.Sc Nursing
B.Sc in Nursing is an undergraduate course that all medical aspirants can pursue in different B.Sc Nursing colleges in India. The course, in India, is offered as a 4-year undergraduate program for all students who have cleared class 12th from the stream of science. The B.Sc program has been designed to train the students in generalistic nursing practices in Delhi and Bhopal. About GNM Nuring
General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year and six-month diploma course designed for aspirants who want to pursue a career in clinical nursing. The program teaches candidates how to care for sick individuals or have been injured to help them attain full recovery. Although the course curriculum design varies from university to university, GNM courses are designed to prepare the students for the clinical approach of handling patients. The curriculum of some GNM colleges & universities includes a six-month internship at the end of the course and the diploma is granted only after the candidates complete this internship. The course can be availed at any recognized institute or University. About Post Basic Nursing
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing (PB-B.Sc) is a program that’s been fashioned to impart an understanding of advanced nursing. The course gives an opportunity to the candidates to brush up on their medical skills including both surgical and non-surgical. It basically seeks to polish the competencies, critical thinking skills, competencies, and standards as required for professional nursing. Post Basic B.Sc Nursing is a two-year undergraduate course that is ought to upgrade the personal and professional scope of work in the field. After pursuing a Post Basic B.Sc Nursing course, candidates are expected to make independent decisions in various nursing situations wherein they need to provide preventive, rehabilitative services to their patients. The program is aimed at preparing students to take up job roles like Nursing Superintendent, Nursing Supervisor, Staff Nurse, etc. in both government and private sectors. The course can be availed at our recognized college.
